Refund Policy

Free trial first

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can test the Software on your own projects before you are charged. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Refunds after the trial

If you are charged and the Software does not work as described, or you forgot to cancel, email support@hirb.co.nz within 7 days of the charge with your order number. We will first try to fix the problem; if we cannot, we will refund the charge in full to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed by Lemon Squeezy within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

If you were charged for a renewal and did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a refund.

After a refund

A refunded licence is disabled and the Software stops working on your computers. You can deactivate computers yourself first with Deactivate this PC.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under consumer law in your country, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.

How to cancel

Use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email us and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future charges; the licence keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
